You can purchase previously released, in-stock items that have already arrived in our YGN Warehouse.
If you purchase in-stock items, you may be required to pay the full amount in advance.
All delivery fees must be covered by the customer, and this is dependent on the customer’s location.
If you want to choose delivery company, or if you pick up the item with your own delivery, “The Cosmos” will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivering process.
We will not be held liable for any damage that is not checked in front of the delivery person when the item or figure is received. If there is any damage to the figure, please inform “The Cosmos” Facebook Messenger or the customer service phone number (+95-9987654).
If there is an error that is considered a factory error, you can take a picture and send it to Page Messenger. “The Cosmos” will negotiate with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses to return a new one because it is not accepted as a factory error, then “The Cosmos” will not be responsible and will not provide a refund.
If you want to be absolutely certain that the toy you want to buy is in perfect condition, “The Cosmos” will thoroughly check it before delivery, or you can personally check and pick it up at the “The Cosmos Corner” in Alibaba stores.
