(A) In-stock Products Purchasing (Already released)

(က) In-stock ထုတ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများဝယ်ယူခြင်း။ (ထွက်ရှိပြီးသား)

1. You can purchase previously released, in-stock items that have already arrived in our YGN Warehouse.

၁။ သင်သည် ထွက်ရှိပြီးသားနှင့် ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ ပစ္စည်းထိန်းသိမ်းသည့်နေရာတွင် ရောက်ရှိပြီးသား ပစ္စည်းများကို In-stock အဖြစ် ဝယ်ယူရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။

2. If you purchase in-stock items, you may be required to pay the full amount in advance.

၂။ In-Stock ထုတ်ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို ဝယ်ယူလျှင် (၁၀၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း) အပြည့် ကျသင့်ငွေကို ကြိုတင်ပေးချေရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

3. All delivery fees must be covered by the customer, and this is dependent on the customer’s location.

၃။ ဝယ်ယူမည့်သူ၏ နေရာပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ပို့ဆောင်ခကို ဝယ်ယူမည့်သူဘက်မှ ကျခံရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

4. If you want to choose delivery company, or if you pick up the item with your own delivery, “The Cosmos” will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivering process.

၄။ မိမိနှစ်သက်ရာ “Delivery Company” နှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ပေးစေလိုပါက (သို့) ပစ္စည်းကို “Delivery” လွှတ်ပြီး လာယူပါက ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်စဉ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော မည်သည့် ထိခိုက်ပျက်စီးမှုကိုမျှ “The Cosmos” က တာဝန်ယူမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

5. We will not be held liable for any damage that is not checked in front of the delivery person when the item or figure is received. If there is any damage to the figure, please inform “The Cosmos” Facebook Massager or the customer service phone number (+95-9987654).

၅။ မိမိထံပစ္စည်း (သို့) အရုပ်ရောက်သည့်အခါ ပစ္စည်းလာပို့သောသူရှေ့တွင် အပျက်အစီး ရှိမရှိ မစစ်ဆေးပဲ လက်ခံခဲ့ပါက “The Cosmos” မှ အပျက်အစီးအတွက် တာဝန်ယူမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ အရုပ်အပျက်အစီး တစ်ခုခု ရှိခဲ့ပါက ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ “The Cosmos” ၏ Facebook Page Massager သို့မဟုတ် “Customer” ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးသော ဖုန်း (+95-9987654) သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပေးစေလိုပါသည်။

6. If there is an error that is considered a factory error, you can take a picture and send it to Page Messenger. “The Cosmos” will negotiate with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses to return a new one because it is not accepted as a factory error, then “The Cosmos” will not be responsible and will not provide a refund.

၆။ “Factory Error (စက်ရုံအမှား)” ဟု ယူဆသော “Error (အမှား)” ရှိခဲ့ပါက ဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်၍ “Facebook Page Messenger” သို့ ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။ “The Cosmos” အနေဖြင့် ထုတ်လုပ်သူနှင့် ပြန်လည်ညှိနှိုင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ “Manufacturer (ထုတ်လုပ်သူ)” မှ “factory error (စက်ရုံအမှား)” ဟု လက်မခံပဲ အသစ်ပြန်လဲပေးဖို့ ငြင်းဆိုခဲ့မည်ဆိုလျှင်တော့ “The Cosmos” ဘက်မှ တာဝန်ယူပြီး ငွေပြန်အမ်းပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

7. If you want to be absolutely certain that the toy you want to buy is in perfect condition, “The Cosmos” will thoroughly check it before delivery, or you can personally check and pick it up at the “The Cosmos Corner” in Alibaba stores.

၇။ မိမိ ဝယ်ယူလိုသော အရုပ်တွင် ထိခိုက်ပျက်ဆီးမှု မရှိကြောင်း ၁၀၀% သေချာစေလိုပါက “The Cosmos” အနေဖြင့် delivery မပို့ဆောင်ခင်တွင် ပစ္စည်းကို ဖောက်စစ်ပေးပါမည် (သို့) Alibaba ဆိုင်များရှိ “The Cosmos Corner” များတွင် ကိုယ်တိုင်ကိုယ်ကျ စစ်ဆေးကြည့်ရှုပြီး လာရောက်ယူဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

(B) Pre-order Products

(ခ) ကြိုတင်မှာ၍ ဝယ်ယူရသော ထုတ်ကုန်များဝယ်ယူခြင်း။

1. If you want to purchase a pre-order item, you must pay 30% deposit in advance.

၁။ Pre-order ဖြင့် ဝယ်ယူလျှင် ဝယ်ယူမည့် အရုပ်တန်ဖိုး၏ ၃၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကို ကြိုတင်ပေးသွင်းပြီး Order ကို Confirm ပြုလုပ်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

2. In case you cancel an order after the pre-order deadline, your 30% deposit will not be refunded.

၂။ Pre-Order Deadline ကျော်မှ Order ကို Cancel လုပ်လျှင် ပေးထားသော Deposit 30% ကို refund ပြန်လုပ်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

3. If the pre-order is unable to acquire by manufacturer for any reason, 30% deposit will be refunded.

၃။ Pre-Order ကို manufacturer ဘက်မှ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် လက်မခံနိုင်ခဲ့လျှင် Deposit 30% ကို refund ပြန်လုပ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

4. When the product is arrived to The Cosmos’s warehouse, the customer must pay the remaining balance (before the delivery process).

၄။ The Cosmos ၏ ရန်ကုန်ဂိုဒေါင်သို့ အရုပ်ရောက်ရှိလာသောအခါ (ဝယ်ယူသူထံ ပစ္စည်းမပို့ဆောင်မီ) ဝယ်သူသည် လက်ကျန်ငွေပမာဏကို ကြိုတင်ပေးချေရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
